Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability, your device, your service plan, and other factors outside Market Connect Realty LLC's control. Market Connect Realty LLC makes no warranty regarding message delivery timing or success. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program.
8. Age Restriction
This SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number provided.
